@_AndrewLeduc Yes. Sampling over the time course of cell state transitions from the beginning steady state to the end steady state instead of start and end only.

@anshulkundaje Just out of curiosity, is it argument for temporal dynamics of perturbation response include different timescales from crispri knock downs? it seems to me that people are mostly just adding the plasmid and then waiting until cells reach a "Steady state"

@_AndrewLeduc But also not just single knockout/knock-downs but also combinatorial over-expression at different stoichiometries.
