4.1) We should remember that pure cyber exploits are simply the easiest exploits for AI systems to identify and execute, and they are probably the *easiest* vulnerability for us to defend.
4) We can and should harden our cyber infrastructure. The best time to do this was 30 years ago. (Seriously, I've always been appalled by US cyber doctrine that stockpiles vulnerabilities in US technology.) The second best time is now.
