Association for Human Mathematics urges mathematicians to stop working with OpenAI

In its October 7 statement, the Association for Human Mathematics accused OpenAI of disregarding research norms in its release of over 700 mathematical files. It said OpenAI ignored an advisory group’s position against testing advanced problems on internal models and urged mathematicians to stop working with the company.
