@Miles_Brundage compute constrained sure but at least they're releasing the weights. western labs have all the compute and still lock everything behind APIs.
K3 uptime (via Moonshot + OpenRouter) Will stabilize when it's open + there are multiple providers (weights not out yet), but this is a reminder that Chinese companies are indeed super compute constrained... (American companies always bungle day 1 but not quite this much)
This matters especially to the extent inference generally and test-time compute scaling specifically matter, which is a lot
