Excited to be an early small backer! I met Sean during YC back in 2011 and already then, he was a formidable hacker even inside of a formidable group. The way I think about Linzumi is that it treats agents as part of your team in a way that matches how people naturally work inside of teams: multi-player, collaboratively in chat, triaging so the highest-priority stuff goes first. Congrats Sean!
