I hate the part where they say "You've never used AI? YOU'RE BETTER THAN US!" because I've had this exact same thing said to me. I'm not saying I'm better than you. You said that. Saying someone is superior to you for not using AI (even facetiously) devalues your own abilities.

  @StopTweetingMia They're so insecure about it. I've intentionally avoided dwelling on how many kids' functional literacy has been shot because of this shit but I'm sure we'll find out the hard way eventually 🙃

I would be pretty embarassed to admit I dont know 6th grade math and I cant figure out anything more fun to do with my time than talk to a chatbot. I think this is the one use case for shame culture. GenAI users should be embarrassed to admit they outsource basic thinking
