does anyone else have the problem that Fable will just not talk to you in Claude Code?
I'll ask it a question, then it will do a few tool calls, and it will forget to actually send me a message in the conversation

according to Fable- The session used /goal (installing a Stop hook) with /loop in self-paced mode, so most turns were autonomous wakeups. In that mode, Fable habitually ends turns by calling ScheduleWakeup — filing the paperwork and stopping without writing a user-facing message.

@matthen2 Have definitely experienced this. Gotta supervise it very closely and "remind" it frequently.
@matthen2 not sure if this will fix it, but Anthropic recommended created a send-to-user tool for Fable
