WhatsApp restricted chats reportedly rolling out in Android beta

Digit.in’s linked description says WhatsApp is rolling out restricted chats for Android beta users, while its October 2 post says the feature may soon be introduced. The publisher says enabling it would let recipients view messages only on their primary device, helping block unofficial tools and AI agents from accessing conversations on linked devices. Its linked description also says the feature blocks Meta AI access in chats.
