@bindureddy 100%. We need builders, not bureaucrats.
The role he is playing is advisory and not permanent. He's had to divest a lot in order to take the role, it's against his best interest to stay in any longer than he needs to, and the kind of regulation you are asking for cannot be responsibly carried by people who are as out of touch with average Americans as our elected representatives are.
Based on that one opinion piece, my takeway is that he might not be suited actually- because you dont get to dismiss the interests and asks of governments & regulators. You need to comply, or you lose your ability to do business - it's as simple as that. Good relationships on those fronts are essential, in fact.
