TownAI CEO Claims Claude Lacks Voice and Reliability
Jean-Denis Greze says out-of-the-box TownAI exceeds Claude on email tasks.
Jean-Denis Greze, co-founder and CEO of TownAI, stated that about 90 percent of what Town can do could be built in Claude with enough time. He added that connecting Claude directly to email produces nothing close to TownAI performance. According to the post, Claude fails to write in the user's voice and sends emails when it should not. Greze described the two as not even in the same ballpark for ready-to-use personal assistant work.
