Paul Graham Pastes Suspect Emails Into Pangram Detector
The Y Combinator co-founder says he pastes suspicious messages into the tool instead of reading them.
Paul Graham posted that if an email seems written by AI he will paste it into Pangram to check instead of reading it, adding that the sender probably does not want that outcome. Animesh Garg replied that the behavior shows Pangram becoming a default workflow for Graham and called it PMF. The post contains no further details on how often Graham applies the step or on any other users.
If you send me an email that seems like it was written by AI, that will make me curious whether I'm right, and instead of reading it I'll paste it into Pangram to check. Which is probably not what you want to happen.
