Flavio Copes unveils Skillscout, a tool for tracking and suggesting AI agent skills

Flavio Copes has introduced a tool he calls Skillscout, describing it as a way to surface the skills he has installed across the AI tools he uses, track how often each skill is used, and analyze chats for opportunities to create new skills. In follow-up posts, Copes said Skillscout scans skill folders to identify loaded skills, parses local chat logs to count when an agent read a SKILL.md file or a skill was slash-invoked, lets users add a skill to another agent with a symlink, and spots repeated tasks to suggest new skills. He also referenced a suggestions screen, though he did not publicly detail that interface further in the posts reviewed.
