Mistral AI CEO Arthur Mensch commits to open-weight releases for all current and upcoming models

AI, just like oil in the 20th century, is about to become the major source of leverage and power in the world. would be very nice to have a tech report with it, i'm sure your research team would love to share with the world what they have been working on! i remember at the creation of mistral you said that the lab had the goal to continue what FAIR did in Paris, with open research and model ecosystem (microsoft, deepseek, kimi, nvidia etc. are all doing this, and you can argue it's working pretty well for them!)
