so i started experimenting with live updating the Dynamic Island while you chat:

turns out it's a really delightful interaction.
BodyBuddy users used to ask "what are my calories at today?" all the time. now there's no need, the agent finally has body language, side effects, live state.
in hindsight it's completely obvious.
and the best part: apps don't normally have foreground access to the Dynamic Island, this only works BECAUSE we are using iMessage.

When you combine the dynamic island with a custom iMessage extension for RICH inline messages, i believe you can build a really great UX, right in iMessage.
big shoutout to @thelinqapp for helping to bring this to life. We are just scratching the surface of what we can do
