Ironically, I think we were among the earliest on small edge model in Europe (and still the only one on ethical training), but I have mixed feelings now. Takes a village to build industrial AI applications.

@Dorialexander this sounds exactly like old school socialist governance, where suboptimal products are scarcely redistributed. that stuff does not survive for long.

@JagersbergKnut yeah. i mean even myself have mixed feeling doing an entire AI industrial strategy around small edge models, but it's clear we won't even fund that. revealed preferences.
