if i were president i would appoint a 10th & 11th supreme court justice, one is the leading ai labs most capable model, & the other is the second leading ai labs most capable model.
both should have the ability to write an opinion after hearing the arguments just like the humans would, they should also be able to ask questions during oral arguments.
it’d be interesting to see how these two would make coherent arguments that the humans on the bench would’ve never even thought of, in ways that the human mind would never connect the dots. it would certainly not be any worse than this.
