B300 right now costs effectively $125K in China. One. Card. It's maybe 8 times "better". Its unit economics are vastly better. Its software is better. Its disadvantage is that you need to resort to smuggling. I think Huawei would be insane to price 950DT <$10K. Realistically $20K

144 GB of HBM alone (ok, HiZQ 2.0, and 96-144) should go for about $2K, everything else maybe another $2K, that's the NPU, the rest of the server maybe adds another $3K, add the pathetic 50% margin, at least $10M per cluster. But I think $20M is the low bar
