Microsoft introduces Microsoft-Decision-1 for fast decision-making

Satya Nadella introduced Microsoft-Decision-1 as a model for fast decision-making. He claims it outperforms LLMs and other decision models in latency and quality on structured decision tasks, and says Microsoft is testing it across the company for incident response, quality control and scientific discovery.
