Surface Laptop Ultra arrives; Nvidia is reportedly investigating lag

PCMag says the Surface Laptop Ultra, announced in June, has arrived with an RTX Spark chip, 20 Grace cores and 6,144 Blackwell RTX cores. It unboxed a unit before testing. A reviewer says the laptop sometimes felt laggy, isn't sure whether the display or GPU is involved, and reports that other owners are noticing it too and Nvidia is investigating.
