The New York Post, citing The Atlantic, reported that Daniela Amodei used stuffed animals to work through office problems and that she and Holden Karnofsky used the toys as a "personal advisory council" while they were still at OpenAI, before Anthropic existed. The Post said Amodei described the exercise as useful for analyzing different personality types, though few OpenAI employees reportedly knew about it.
