@sethlazar @nedhw @yhazony Especially give the power they enjoy today in governments around the world. But I don’t either like it from liberals who dominate academic analytic philosophy when they apply it in that domain.
@sethlazar @nedhw @yhazony I tend to not to like it when any group that is in a dominant position in some social sphere labels as enemies or beyond the pale any who dissents from core beliefs of theirs. As you know I spend much of my life combatting this in tech policy for folks “on the right”.
@sethlazar @nedhw @yhazony And I think that if this tendency of the analytic philosophy academy is exported to a significant influence on the tech labs, that would be unfortunate.
