Zoox Starts Paid Robotaxi Rides at Las Vegas Airport

Amazon-owned Zoox announced it will begin paid robotaxi rides at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. The company stated that passenger service starts this week after several months of testing with its fleet. Las Vegas Review-Journal coverage noted Zoox becomes the first autonomous vehicle company to serve airport passengers there. The report relies on the firm's announcement about launching operations following the testing period. Posts from the newspaper highlight the airport location and the paid status of the rides. This follows the company's prior testing activity in the region.
