Exactly. This is a perfect example of why banning or overly restricting open-source AI would be a huge mistake. When even defenders have to turn to foreign models because domestic ones are too heavily guardrailed, it shows how these restrictions can actually weaken security rather than improve it. Open source keeps the advantage with the good guys.

Banning open-source AI would hurt defenders 10x more than attackers, which would make the world 10x more dangerous and this is a good example why!
