@bearlyai 19:00 GMT is 2PM in New York city and the Eastern US and Canada. Hard to think that's the beginning of a worldwide low use period
@bearlyai I noticed this about a year ago. I have a bunch of Crons which do AI task work overnight now.

@bearlyai its only the usage window that expands the actual performance difference is negligible, so not actually a major benefit
