the driver optimizing so agents find him is the actual story here. that’s the whole shift, businesses making themselves legible to agents instead of humans.
curious what booked the car though. Uber and Lyft don’t expose an API that lets an agent book a ride like that, so either he built his own booking layer or it was something else. that gap is exactly the interesting part, the rails for agent-to-business booking mostly don’t exist yet.
