States reach agreement at Geneva autonomous weapons talks, Reuters reports

Reuters reports that 128 states agreed on a document at autonomous weapons talks in Geneva. Those states are parties to a framework that regulates or bans weapons considered indiscriminate or causing too many injuries. The document could pave the way to international rules on autonomous weapons, the news agency says.
