Concentration of power was a consistent theme throughout, since democracy is, in most respects, about the negotiation and distribution of power itself, ensuring people retain the agency to shape their own lives.

We're eager to connect with a) people and orgs who want to deploy capital to these efforts, and b) people who have ideas and the energy to see them through.
Our own roadmap at @collect_intel overlaps with many parts of this; our motivation is to point others in a similar direction.
A huge thank you to @tyler_m_john for stewarding this with care, rigor and diligence; to Ashwin Acharya for his heroic effort seeing this through; and to @divyasiddarth for offering her brilliance and vision.
What started as a funder's guide has taken on a larger, more ambitious shape. Even so, I think we'll all need to raise our (collective) ambitions even higher!
The seeds for this idea were planted with @tyler_m_john months ago.
Through every iteration came new developments: a remarkable acceleration of AI progress, new defense postures, sovereign wealth and shared prosperity fund proposals, some canaries in the coal mine, intensifying geopolitical bargaining. Each one reaffirmed how urgent this work is.
