Worth reading closely. @AnthropicAI's own economist, on Anthropic's own data: AI being used in real workflows is amplifying and augmenting workers, not replacing them. Not only do we not have any evidence of AI-driven job losses (even with entry level), but no evidence that Claude is being used (so far) in a way that will lead to job loss. We need to focus less on AI job doom-mongering and more on teaching people to be the human directing the machine. That's the job now.

@jonstull @AnthropicAI The jobs don't disappear. The core functions and the titles shift. Look at the FDE roles that everyone is hiring for.
