I would probably describe myself as very strongly opposed to many of Habryka's beliefs and I have a felt sense from poorly-remembered events that I do not approve of his operation style, but to the extent he build Lighthaven, there is no denying he has made a very good (wonderful, even) thing and done so skillfully, at nontrivial risk. Worthy of some real appreciation.
