The wild thing is that even if some new AI model has absolute superhuman intelligence only a tiny fraction of the human population would rush to use it
These statistics just do not seem real to me. I'm starting to come to a conclusion that Americans are like dark matter, in the sense that you can observe maybe 1.5% of Americans, and the other 98.5 are purely statistical entities who cannot be observed in practice. I have no other explanation for AI penetration being so low.
@Austen Most people have not oriented their life around being smart, nor do they leverage intelligence, so a super thinking machine is genuinely not very useful to a lot of people
