OpenAI is sharing lessons, architecture and a practical playbook for what it calls a 'Defense Factory': a continuous loop where AI agents find vulnerabilities, validate them and verify that fixes work. The company says its latest cyber models helped it find and fix vulnerabilities it might never have discovered otherwise.
