Polaroid launches the Mod instant camera with analog dials, dual lenses and creative exposure modes

Polaroid has unveiled the Mod, a $170 all-analog instant camera built around physical controls and creative exposure effects. Gizmodo reports it uses a fixed-focus two-lens system with either a 103mm standard lens or a 95mm portrait lens, while TechRadar describes it as sitting between Polaroid’s I-2 and Flip in functionality. Reported modes include longer exposure, light painting, Double Exposure, Motion Freeze and Split Shot. Gizmodo reports the camera is available now through Polaroid’s website, with other retailers set to carry it starting Oct. 6.
