Hello Ms. @asha_shar , this interview is super interesting. Your first 100 days at the helm of Xbox are truly impressively efficient.
I'd like to draw your attention to a problem that's becoming quite bothersome for many French gamers: the lack of French dubbing in certain games like Fable and Forza Horizon 6.
For reasons of comfort and accessibility, you will understand that having a dub in our language is very important.
The French language is one of the most widespread internationally and French players do not understand why several games or DLCs do not have or no longer have a French version.
We understand that there are negotiations with French voice actors and contractual problems regarding the use of their voices with AI. But Xbox and Microsoft have the means to find a solution that would suit everyone, and prevent French Xbox users from being left out.
Please explain the situation to us, it will make it easier for us to understand.

One of the less glamorous realities of modern executive leadership - communication becomes part of the job itself.
Perception management, media appearances, and stakeholder alignment stop being distractions from the work and become big chunk of the work.
That said, I really hope your core thesis - focusing on delivering great games first to earn the permission to build a wider entertainment ecosystem - will be the foundation of the long-running strategy.

The Snap feature allowed you run other apps like ESPN, BBC, Spotify, Twitch and YouTube in window next to your game
This would keep people in the Xbox environment and not have to choose between games and tv

Caved into a bunch of cry babies having a temper tantrum about exclusives when the developers spent YEARS making a port for everyone.
Making exclusives WONT make people buy xboxes. Microsoft spent 100 Billion on Studios and THAT didn't do anything
