Apple raises Mac and iPad base prices by up to 25% due to rising memory chip costs

Memory price hikes have finally started hitting Apple. Today, they raised some base prices:

Macbook Neo: $599 -> $699 Macbook Air: $1099 -> $1299 Macbook Pro: $1699 -> $1999 Mac Studio: $1999 -> $2499 iPad Air $599 - $749 iPad Pro: $999 -> $1199

Apple has drastically increased prices due to rising costs.

The fully loaded 16-inch MacBook Pro now costs $9999.

Question is are the memory guys investing enough now? Making 85% margins? Micron says yes, Capx tripling over three years to more than $45 billion in 2027. And they’re signing long term customer agreements to lock in pricing and break the memory business cycle and make it predictable
