@rabois @garrytan Prove what in court exactly? What is the alleged crime in your view? If courts determine that Anthropic did the same thing to Reddit, does Anthropic also get banned?
@parkerconrad @garrytan they should have to prove this in court but then this is a proper enforcement action if the Chinese evade jurisdiction.
@parkerconrad @garrytan historically, it has proven useless to file against Chinese entities but if I understand Bessent correctly he is saying that they will ensure a judgment is enforced. But Athropic should release evidence publicly.
