@gabriel1 Just set up slippi on my Linux laptop with a single prompt. It even configured a PS3 controller by messing with config files. Hell it even made it full screen on my tv

@gabriel1 Tbh most young people today can’t do that themselves either way. They grew up only on phones and chromebooks at school 🤷♂️ Kinda already a lost art.
@gabriel1 my kids can use an llm when they train one themselves my kids can use a computer when they build one themselves normalize making your kids progress through the tech tree before unlocking fast travel
@gabriel1 In some ways yes, but on the other hand, every rabbit hole for the curious now has a knowledgeable, patient companion who can help explain & play. There's never been a better time to be curious about the world and how everything works

@gabriel1 Like reading a map or going to the library for the past generation. Technology moves forward, old ways of doing things die. It's sad thinking people in the future won't experience the things you loved in the past. But is it worse or better? Hard to say.
