Funds bridged from Ethereum can return to that chain. Tokens issued directly on Silicon depend on remaining liquidity and may become stuck after the network and explorer go dark. The layer 2 stopped new deposits and issued warnings that exit routes differ before shutdown. The report urges users to move assets before New Year's Eve to prevent them from becoming unrecoverable.
