PCMag gives HubSpot Smart CRM a 4.0 rating, praising automation and AI for larger businesses

PCMag’s Sept. 18 review awarded HubSpot Smart CRM a 4.0 “Excellent” rating and framed it as a strong fit for larger businesses. The review praises the platform’s tools for managing customer relationships, leads and deals, along with an automation builder, AI features and a large menu of add-ons that can help companies integrate it into existing operations. It also notes that Smart CRM can now be purchased on its own rather than only alongside HubSpot’s other products. PCMag’s main criticisms were cost and usability: it said the base plan is expensive enough to put it out of reach for some smaller companies, and that parts of the interface could be more intuitive.
