Lenovo’s Googlebook 15 is set to start at $1,099.99 when it goes on sale October 4, which is $200 below the $1,299 starting price Google had previously attached to the model. Android Authority reports the laptop has a 15.3-inch 2.8K OLED touch screen, making it the largest-screen Googlebook at launch, plus an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 chip, 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB or 512GB of storage, and a 70Wh battery. Gizmodo separately reported that current listings varied by seller, with $1,099 through Best Buy and $1,050 on Lenovo’s own site and Google’s online store. Google told Gizmodo that OEMs and retailers set prices, and that promotions and SKU differences can affect listings.
