Fomo Acquires Mobula's Tech and Team in $17 Million Deal
The acquisition integrates Mobula's data indexing and execution tools into Fomo's platform.
Fomo announced the acquisition of Mobulaio's technology and team to own critical on-chain infrastructure. The company said the move supports its growth toward $250m daily spot volume and 2m+ users. Mobula founder NBMSacha stated the provider had grown to power 70% of the top 10 onchain trading apps by volume. Cofounder sacha_io and the Mobula team are joining Fomo. SolanaFloor and The Daily Block reported the deal at $17 million. NBMSacha began building Mobula four years ago at age 17.
