Of all websites that annoy me, @British_Airways is the one that most consistently manages to waste my time and temper. Modifying a booking should be easy, but it looks like the system trips itself up completely when passengers are - surprise! - abroad.

As far as I can tell, it assumes payment in the local currency, but also that addresses follow the local structure - even for people not living there. Then it stores it all in cookies that cause a progressive mess when users have to backtrack, forcing more backtracking.
