@supersean415 They were leaked by @AGRobBonta in 2022, but technically they are private

@fooorrest @kane @supersean415 @AGRobBonta Nah. They were CPRA requests (not FOIAs; that’s for federal) to every PD/SO in California. Most LEAs gave anonymized data and I don’t recall any giving me addresses. FWIW I was surprised that even a handful turned over names.

@fooorrest @kane @supersean415 @AGRobBonta I ended up leaving The SF Standard before I got all the requests back so never finished the project. (We wanted to see if LEAs were approving more CCWs than before.)

So really all I accomplished was pissing off all the CCW holders in California.
