Kotaku reports that Bungie says it is “exploring” subleasing parts of its 210,984-square-foot headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. The publisher says Bungie announced a major expansion in 2021, including new capture facilities and a rock climbing wall, to support multiple project teams. Five years later, Kotaku says most of those projects have not come to fruition and reports more than 600 layoffs in three years.
