Multiple users described request errors on ChatGPT and Claude together, with some switching APIs only to hit further downtime. Screenshots from Claude's status page showed elevated errors across several models. One user called it the first time seeing simultaneous failures on the two primary services. Axios noted that outages happen often but it is unusual for all three major services to fail together.
