AI-driven inbox zero looks great on screenshots, but it usually just hides a massive verification tax. Anything involving clients or money still requires a human check.

The real high-leverage move isn't building complex AI systems to process the noise—it's setting up ruthless filters so the noise never reaches your inbox in the first place.
