Quick commerce returns in Indonesia with a different playbook

Tech in Asia reports that Shopee and Blibli are tapping existing sellers, warehouses and delivery networks rather than building costly dark stores for quick commerce in Indonesia. It says most dark-store models failed to scale, and established platforms are testing whether the new approach can fix the math.
