EXBO Rebrands STALCRAFT X to STALZONE

Developer EXBO rebranded its free-to-play open-world PvPvE extraction shooter from STALCRAFT X to STALZONE in June. IGN reports the update included a graphical upgrade, reworking of starting missions and locations, and PvP rebalancing. The game features a persistent world with MMO-style progression where failed missions do not reset player progress to zero. IGN promoted the title in a post that included key art of the distressed STALZONE logo and three soldiers in tactical gear. The coverage frames the title as sharing DNA with MMORPGs through its ongoing world rather than isolated mission drops.
