I am proud to announce that Sierra has been certified FedRAMP High — the standard for cloud companies working with U.S. federal agencies.

Hundreds of millions of people rely on the U.S. federal government for services — from navigating Social Security, Medicare, and Veterans Affairs to filing their tax return or renewing their passport. AI agents built on Sierra can help make them simpler and faster. https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high

@btaylor Happy to answer in a dm, but how much did it all and all cost and how long did it take?

We have the fedramp process on our horizon and there aren’t that many ai companies that have gone through it

Government and healthcare are two parts of the economy where productivity has slipped, and AI can help turn that around. @btaylor on Sierra being certified FedRAMP High so federal agencies can build better experiences for the people using their services.

@btaylor congrats on the milestone. do you all have a timeline for ensuring agents can be used in FDA/part 11 contexts (ie model/prompt versioning, immutable interaction logs, tool-call provenance, and reproducible decision trails)?

@btaylor Some billionaire founders offer paid coaching on @intro.

Can you ask @sama if he can coach a fellow gay founder like me? I'm happy to pay for his time & wisdom

I need help with fundraising from private credit, not business vision & ideas

I'm NOT asking for money from @OpenAI
