Barret Zoph Rejoins Google DeepMind for RL Work

Barret Zoph announced his return to Google DeepMind. He will work on reinforcement learning and post-training. Zoph began his AI career in the Google Brain Residency program at the company. Thomas Kipf, a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Google DeepMind on the Veo team, replied with a welcome. Thang Luong, Director of Superhuman Reasoning at Google DeepMind, also posted a welcome message noting the same details about Zoph's return and planned focus areas.
