It's clear to anyone who has met a lot of Ants that they do indeed screen somehow, and do a decent job. OAI should do such things more/has hired a lot of mission-ignorant ppl in recent years.

OTOH, as many outside are also constantly saying, a group of many smart, nice people can still do terrible things through groupthink, conformity pressure, ignorance, bad structures, etc. So, sure, do stuff like this, but binding policy is still + always has been the game
